01Purpose and scope
This policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and applies to every user of VAMAS ENT DOOEL services and to their customers, employees and visitors. The Client is responsible for all use of its services, regardless of who committed the violation.
02Prohibited content
You may not store, publish, transmit or distribute through our services:
- child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance: the account is terminated immediately and reported to the authorities;
- content promoting terrorism, violence, hatred or discrimination;
- content infringing copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property (pirated software, "warez", unauthorised distribution of films or music);
- malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing pages, fake shops, financial scams and pyramid schemes;
- gambling without a licence from the competent authority;
- personal data collected or published unlawfully;
- any other content unlawful under the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia or of the country where the server is located.
03Spam and e-mail
Prohibited: sending unsolicited bulk or commercial e-mail; using purchased or harvested address lists; sending messages without a clear unsubscribe option; forging headers; advertising sites hosted with us through spam sent from other networks; and exceeding the plan's sending limits. The Client must be able to prove the consent of every recipient of bulk mail.
04Network abuse
Prohibited: port and vulnerability scanning, password brute-forcing, DDoS and other attacks, exploiting vulnerabilities, unauthorised access to other systems, open relays, proxies and Tor exit nodes, botnets and command-and-control servers, spreading malicious code, IP spoofing, and security testing of VAMAS infrastructure without prior written permission.
05Resources and fair use
Shared hosting is intended for websites and e-mail. It may not be used for: storing files or backup archives unrelated to the website; streaming; public distribution of large files; cryptocurrency mining; persistent background processes (unless the plan expressly allows them); or any use that continuously consumes resources to the detriment of other clients.
"Unlimited" means there is no preset limit for normal use by a website with average traffic. VAMAS may restrict an account that degrades server performance and offer the Client a suitable plan.
06Client security obligations
The Client must keep CMS platforms, plugins and themes up to date, use strong unique passwords and remove unused applications. VAMAS may isolate a compromised account (for example one sending spam or hosting malware) immediately and without notice to protect other clients. Cleaning up and restoring a compromised account may be charged.
07Enforcement
On breach of this policy, VAMAS may, at its sole discretion and without notice: issue a warning; remove or disable access to content; restrict resources; suspend the service; terminate the contract without refund; report violations to the authorities; and recover its costs (including blacklist-removal and complaint-handling costs).
Termination for breach of this policy does not release the Client from paying invoices already due.
08Reporting abuse
Report abuse to [email protected] with as much evidence as possible: URLs, IP addresses, time and time zone, e-mail headers. Copyright notices should include: the rights-holder's details, a description of the protected work, the exact location of the infringing content and a statement that the notice is accurate. We review reports promptly and act in accordance with the law.
We disclose client data only on the basis of law or a final decision of a competent authority.
