1. About the programme
The VAMAS Startup Programme is support from ВАМАС ЕНТ ДООЕЛ Скопје (hereinafter: VAMAS) for newly founded companies: a free hosting package for a set period, in exchange for a visible mention that the company is supported by VAMAS.
By ticking “I have read and agree” in the application form, the applicant (hereinafter: the User) declares that they have read and accept these terms and are authorised to represent the company.
2. Who can apply
- companies registered in the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia, no older than 24 months on the day of application;
- companies being founded — the application can be approved, and the agreement is signed once the company is registered;
- one application per company and per owner.
The data in the application must be true and accurate. VAMAS freely decides which applications to approve and is not obliged to explain its decision. We reply within 5 working days.
3. The package
- hosting for one domain;
- 1 GB of storage for website files, database and e-mail together;
- up to 3 e-mail addresses on the domain;
- one database, a free SSL certificate, a control panel and technical support by e-mail.
The package cannot be enlarged, transferred to others or used for other companies' websites. For bigger needs the User can switch to a regular paid plan at any time.
4. The domain
The hosting is for the company's domain, which must be with VAMAS for the duration of the programme:
- existing domain — the User unlocks it at the current registrar and transfers it to VAMAS (with the transfer / EPP code);
- new domain — registered through VAMAS in the name of the User's company.
The hosting is free, but domain registration, transfer and yearly renewal are paid by the User at VAMAS's regular prices. The domain belongs to the User and can be freely transferred to another registrar after the programme ends.
5. Duration
Free use lasts 12 months from the day the hosting is activated, unless the agreement states otherwise.
No later than 30 days before the end, VAMAS informs the User about continuing on a regular paid plan. If the User does not continue, the data is kept for 30 more days and then permanently deleted.
6. “Hosted by VAMAS” mention
No later than 14 days after the hosting is activated, and for the whole programme, the User places the text “Hosted by VAMAS” (on the Macedonian version of the site: „Хостирано од VAMAS“) with an active link to https://vamas.mk in the footer of every page of the website.
The mention must be visible and readable — in letters no smaller than the rest of the footer text — and must not be hidden, dimmed or removed. Example code:

7. VAMAS logo and name at events
If the User organises or co-organises any event — a promotion, product launch, conference, workshop, competition, online event or similar — the VAMAS name and logo are published as a supporter (“Supported by VAMAS”) on all promotional materials for the event: invitations, posters, banners, presentations, website and social media posts.
The User informs VAMAS about the event at least 7 days in advance at [email protected]. VAMAS supplies the logo, which must not be altered. VAMAS may ask that its name and logo are not associated with an event whose content is unlawful, against public morals or harmful to its reputation.
8. No harm to VAMAS
The User will not do anything that may harm VAMAS, its systems, other customers or its reputation, in particular:
- attacks, scanning, overloading or attempts at unauthorised access to the servers and network of VAMAS or third parties;
- circumventing package limits, reselling or sub-letting the service;
- sending unsolicited bulk e-mail (spam) or publishing content that would get VAMAS IP addresses or domains blacklisted;
- offensive, untrue or defamatory statements about VAMAS.
The User is liable for all damage caused by breaching this section, including the cost of remedying its consequences.
9. No illegal activities
The hosting must not be used for illegal activities, in particular: phishing and fraud, spreading malware, infringing copyright and other intellectual property rights, illegal gambling, selling prohibited goods and services, hate speech, child sexual abuse material, unlawful processing of personal data and any other content or activity prohibited by law.
The Acceptable Use Policy also applies. If illegal activity is suspected, VAMAS may suspend the service immediately and inform the competent authorities.
10. Promotion of participants
The User agrees that VAMAS may list it as a participant of the Startup Programme — with name, logo and a link to its website — on the VAMAS website, social media and presentations. The User may withdraw this consent by written notice.
11. VAMAS obligations and liability
VAMAS provides the service with the same technical care as its paid plans, makes regular backups and provides technical support by e-mail. Since the service is free, VAMAS gives no financial compensation for outages and is not liable for lost profit. The User keeps its own copy of its data.
12. Suspension and termination
If the User does not meet the obligations on the “Hosted by VAMAS” mention and the logo at events, VAMAS sends a written warning with 7 days to fix it; if the breach is not fixed, participation ends. For breaches of the no-harm and no-illegal-activities sections, VAMAS may suspend the service and end participation immediately, without warning.
The User may leave the programme at any time with 15 days' written notice. After it ends, the User may take its data within 15 days, unless the service was suspended because of illegal activity.
13. Personal data
VAMAS processes the application data (name, phone, e-mail, company details) to review the application and run the programme, in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection and the Privacy Policy. The date, time and IP address of the application are kept as proof of consent to these terms. Data of applications that are not approved is deleted after 12 months.
14. Changes to the terms
VAMAS may change these terms by notice by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. If the User does not agree with the changes, it may leave the programme before they take effect.
15. Final provisions
Once the application is approved, VAMAS and the User sign a written agreement containing these terms; if anything in the agreement differs, the agreement prevails. Anything not covered is governed by the Terms of Service and the Law on Obligations. The courts in Skopje have jurisdiction. The Macedonian version of these terms prevails.
